Job Description

- Actively support the IT performance management system definition and setup.
- Source, capture and analyse financial, supplier and operational data, from a variety of sources both within and external to the Group.
- Create and compile analysis information into Dashboards, Reports, spreadsheets and documents for access or distribution to executive management, Senior management, and others as required.
- Monitoring the operational and change performance of the Group IT in line with the business and IT strategy obligations.
- Recommend how current processes can be streamlined and/or the benefits that could be achieved via the introduction of new changes or new processes, the introduction of which could reduce overheads, improve productivity, or improve value of service provision.
- A strong background in PMO / BA / Project Manager roles with proven experience in insights and analytics.
- Experience in data reporting, modelling and visualisation, ideally in Tableau but PowerBI would also be beneficial.
- A proactive mindset, with a go-getter attitude in using your own initiative when looking for improvements and solutions.
- People skills; you will be a people person, working collaboratively to develop relationships to become a trusted subject matter advisor.

Job Title: IT Reporting Analyst

About the role:
We have a brand new opportunity for an IT Reporting Analyst to join our team on a permanent, hybrid basis.
In this role you would be a key figure in providing support to the Group IT function to develop the capability to monitor and report all aspects of the Group IT performance. You will contribute transparent support on progress of objectives by ensuring the timeliness and quality of reports, data, and analysis of Group IT performance.
As you will be working with Senior Business Stakeholders and IT Executives, you will need exceptional stakeholder engagement skills in order to agree and implement necessary procedures and process for the performance reporting function and capability to ensure business requirements and Group IT objectives are met.
