      Pay Range: $20.55 to $29.82

      Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

      Kwik Trip, Inc.’s I.T. Retail Services Department is seeking a part time individual whose primary responsibility is to answer 2nd / 3rd level technology related support questions accurately and in a timely manner for all Kwik Trip and Kwik Star retail locations.

      This individual will also assist in upgrading and installing new software, setting up replacement retail related hardware, troubleshooting and analyzing hardware and software issues, troubleshoot retail network equipment (routers, switches, cabling). This individual will also be responsible for logging complete and accurate information in our case tracking program and also create and maintain accurate support documentation for I.T. retail related problems and resolutions and provide this information to the I.T. Retail Services team.

      Qualifications:

      • Successful candidates should be working towards a degree in an Information Technology related field or have 1 – 3 years’ work experience in helpdesk / customer service.
      • Candidates should have experience in PC operating systems (iOS and Windows), general networking (LAN WAN TCP/IP), and Microsoft Office products.
      • This individual must be a fast learner with strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.

      Other qualifications include: ability to multitask; strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; dedication to provide excellent customer service. Experience/knowledge with the following is a plus: Retail operations, Apple IOS, Office 365, and ServiceNow. Candidate must also possess a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record for traveling in some local support situations.

      Physical qualifications: Reach/twist and kneel/crouch/bend frequently; lift/carry up to 50 pounds occasionally; work in a fast-paced environment.

      Work Schedule: The hours are flexible, up to 30 hours per week. This position will generally be scheduled for shifts between 6:00 am - 5:00pm and alternating weekends and holidays 6:00 am – 2:30 pm. We encourage college students to apply we will work around school schedules.
