Responsibilities:
The IT Scrum Master will be responsible for:
- Facilitating scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos, and sprint retrospectives
- Assisting the scrum team in becoming a self-organized, cross-functional, and highly efficient team
- Documenting and executing the team's continuous improvement plan based on retrospectives
- Clarifying deliverables and assignments and removing impediments
- Providing leadership with necessary metrics for decision-making
- Improving throughput, velocity, and team flexibility through self-management
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- 4+ years of related work experience in leading Agile/Scrum projects
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- Certification as a Scrum Master within 90 days
- Experience utilizing the CA Agile Rally tool
- SAFe experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAFe Certification
- Certified Scrum Master
- Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with Florida Blue or Guidewell
