Job Description
- Req#: 15737
- Design, implement and maintain cutting-edge IT solutions, process/operation automation in manufacturing (Industrial 4.0) for OSRAM OS PEN Manufacturing.
- Document system design / functional application into specification document and liaise with development center for realization.
- Provide advanced technical support and proactively engage with IT cross functional team and business partner (Production/Product/Process/QM/IE team…etc) to complex issues and escalations on MES/QMS related systems.
- Prepare training materials and train business users as well as execute IT Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on MES/QM related solution.
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Provide 24*7 Production Support on MES/QMS related solution.
- Implement necessary system monitoring or other preventive maintenances, ensuring system high availability with minimal downtime and disruption.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, evaluating and proposing IT solution adoption when beneficial.
- Lead and participate in the technical aspects of IT MES/QMS related projects, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with vendor management, procurement and contract negotiations related to IT services and equipment.
- Master Degree/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering.
- 3~8 years of experience in software development or system analysis for manufacturing system.
- Know-how on Change Management Process, Incident Management Process, Demand Management process, System Development Life Cycle.
- Experienced in VB/C# .NET programming.
- Strong in SQL, Oracle database and store procedure.
- Experienced with Tibco, web service, Window IIS setup.
- Agile methodology and SCRUM knowledge added advantage.
- Experienced in Incident/Service Management, Release Management and Project Management added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
