Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT production systems and services, ensuring client satisfaction and managing risk to services. Your typical day will involve providing operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available, and utilizing your expertise in Syniti ADM for SAP. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of IT production systems and services, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. - Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available. - Utilize your expertise in Syniti ADM for SAP to manage and maintain IT production systems and services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the infrastructure service management lifecycle is supported and maintained. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Syniti ADM for SAP. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes. - Solid grasp of ITIL framework and its application in IT service management. - Experience with IT production systems and services, including infrastructure and applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in IT service management and Syniti ADM for SAP. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful IT service management solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
