      Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed Term

      As the SmartTime IT Implementer you will be accountable for the successful deployment of the T&A Kronos Workforce 8.1 solution (SmartTime) and support the upgrade activities to UKG Pro Workforce Management. Through active stake holder engagement, excellent training, timely deployment and testing support & guidance.

      We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

      • Deploy Workforce Central. v8.1 to pipeline sites
      • Migrate existing sites to UKG Pro Workforce Management
      • Engage and collaborate with DSC operations
      • Interpret user requirements
      • SME / Consultancy: in use of Workforce Central. v8.1
      • Lead the definition, initiation and design of application configuration – To support pay processes
      • Support project communication
      • Provide regular updates to the Project Manager
      • Document work using the required standards, methods and tools. E.g.. Update project and system documentation
      • Coordinate collaboration with internal/external providers
      • Apply standard methodologies when deploying projects and applications
      • Align to project methodology structure to ensure all milestones are communicated and responsibilities are understood.
      • Apply configuration in a consistent manner across deployments
      • Ensures all changes are risk assessed and deployed accordingly

      • Workforce Central. v8.1 functional application knowledge (Essential)
      • Payroll experience (general understanding of UK payroll)
      • Excellent Communication Skills (Essential)
      • Training delivery Skills (Desired – Can be trained)
      • Testing support (Desired – Can be trained)
      • Ability to work within a remotely based team
      • Limited Travel (Less than 25%)
