What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, configure, administer, and support the employer's Salesforce implementation, focusing on FSC and nCino-managed packages
- Lead software design and development efforts, including code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders and business partners to deliver secure and scalable solutions
- Contribute to the improvement of coding standards, methodology, and processes
- Mentor and train Associate Salesforce Developers on best practices and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related technology field
- Minimum of 5 years of applications development experience
- At least 3 years of experience using Salesforce Lightning, Custom Lightning Web Components, and APEX
- Experience with one or more of the following Clouds: Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud
- Personal accountability for continuous learning of industry-leading practices and techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 or more years of experience with web architectures, security, and technologies for scalable applications
- 1 or more years of experience with CI/CD in a Salesforce environment, using tools such as Copado or Gearset
- 1 or more years of experience developing nCino-based solutions
- Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, or Salesforce Platform Developer II certifications
