What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, configure, administer, and support Salesforce implementation with a focus on FSC and nCino-managed packages
- Lead software design and development efforts, including code reviews, unit testing, and deployment strategies
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders and business partners to deliver secure and scalable solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Mentor and train Associate Salesforce Developers in processes and coding best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related technology field
- Minimum of 5 years in Applications Development
- 3 or more years of experience using Salesforce Lightning, Custom Lightning Web Components, Flows and Flow Builder, APEX, and APEX Tests
- 3 or more years of experience with Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud
- Strong understanding of web architectures, security, and scalable application development strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 or more years of experience with web architectures, security, and development strategies
- 1 or more years of experience with CI/CD in a Salesforce environment using tools like Copado, Gearset, and SF DX
- 1 or more years of experience developing nCino-based solutions
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II certifications
