      The SOX and Internal Controls Manager role ensures the SOX/ITGC compliance of IT Platform’s Services with a risk based approach.

      Role purpose:

      • Accountable for SOX compliance for Central IT services and being the Control-Coordinator for all IT Operations Dev Sec Ops, SOX and ITGC Controls.

      • To assure that all DevSecOp’s teams are working in a SOX compliant manner and that all services meet their SOX compliance and internal IT compliance obligations.

      • Monitor global application estate to manage risk and controls, performing reviews and risk profiles.

      • Lead improvement, efficiencies and automation of control operation, monitoring and reporting.

      Who you are

      • Significant practical experience in SOX reporting, documentation and implementation of General IT Controls.

      • External Auditor experience.

      • Certification in Sarbanes-Oxley Professional (CSOXP) or Certified Systems Auditor (CISA).

      • Security and technology assessment - Service Organisation Controls Report (SOCR) experience.

      • Proven ability to manage offshore teams and to deliver through others.

      • Ability to take a risk-based approach e.g. prioritise between time critical tasks.

      • Understanding of cloud computing service models.

      • Strong communication skills.

      • Strong drive for effectiveness and efficiencies, including appetite for improvements and automation.

      • Proven stakeholder management experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders with differing interests.
