Job Description
- Req#: 24-00803
- Creating procedures in enterprise batch scheduling software according to instructions provided by technical staff.
- Performing necessary actions to ensure proper execution of batch schedules.
- Monitoring enterprise batch schedule progress and report issues to the appropriate technical teams for resolution.
- Migrating programs and files into production libraries.
- Analyzing job failures and take appropriate action to communicate and resolve the issue, following run book documentation or additional business user instructions provided.
- Effectively communicating with technical staff when assisting in resolving job failures or completing ad hoc requests.
- Documenting job failures and resolutions and notify appropriate staff.
- 36 months experience working with CA Workload Automation ESP Edition
- 3 months experience working with Time Sharing Option (TSO)/Interactive System Productivity Facility (ISPF)
- 3 months experience working with CA WA Workstation
- Associates Degree

Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
