      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, procure, and install hardware/software to meet user requirements
      - Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person
      - Triage service tickets and coordinate with IT Operations for resolution
      - Maintain IT policies, procedures, and inventory processes
      - Administer end-user accounts, permissions, and security controls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
      - 1-2 years of experience in non-profit, research, or healthcare settings preferred
      - Strong technical knowledge of server and workstation operating systems (Microsoft Windows Server 2022, Windows 10/11) required
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, antivirus software, remote access tools, and Adobe applications required
      - Must be organized, detail-oriented, and professional in demeanor

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting Microsoft server software (Active Directory, SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange) preferred
      - Certifications such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certifications highly desired
      - Hands-on expertise in desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation preferred
