As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of multiple Support/Infrastructure Summer Interns in our IT Department!

This position will have a hybrid schedule, 50% in-office and 50% work-from-home for the of Summer 2024. Our Fleet Operations center is located at 2281 Ball Drive, Maryland Heights, MO 63146. The position pays $22.00 per hour.

Enterprise Fleet Management Information Technology (EFMIT) provides streamlined and effective solutions to serve our growing operation. We offer solid architectural platforms with a strategic focus that clearly align to business growth and improving the customer experience. The Fleet Management systems, including EDGE, Fleet Commissions, Fleet Web and Autodata, are web based applications built using J2EE technology and are integrated with our PeopleSoft financials system as well as our Oracle BI data warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end user technology installations including computer hardware, software, and telephony equipment
• Field end user technology support questions and resolve common issues
• The intern will also have the opportunity to meet with and learn about other infrastructure disciplines within EFM including Network, Telecom, Windows, Storage, Database Administration, and UNIX

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must live in St. Louis Metropolitan area or an immediate surrounding MO county for summer 2024
• Currently a Junior or above, enrolled full-time in college or university for the Fall 2024 semester
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related IT field
• Available Monday through Friday (40 hours/week), May - August 2024
• Ability to accept $22.00 per hour
• Proficient with standard PC technologies and software including Microsoft Office
• Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Work from Home (WFH) Requirements:

• Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)
• High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 25Mb is required. Connection latency must be less than 100ms. (Please validate using a speed test tool such as http://www.speedtest.net/)
