- Remuneration: $106,024 - $117,362; plus Superannuation and Leave Loading
- Location: Sydney CBD (on-site role)

- Serving as the first point of contact for IT Support within the organisation
- Working with the wider IT team to provide IT service excellence to NSW Treasury staff
- Attending to IT Incidents and Service Requests both deskside and remotely, ensuring all tickets are logged and tracked accordingly
- Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving tickets through to completion
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software and peripherals.
- experience in Windows and Mac operating systems, User management in Active Directory and Office 365
- appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated professional experience in similar role/s
- experience working in a team supporting a complex, fast paced environment
- superior communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to negotiate solutions
- strong technical skills in end user computing, operating systems and hardware
- strong analytical skills with astute attention to detail

Your day as an IT Support Analyst
As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide technical support and advice to users across multiple locations, platforms and technologies and guide the activities of Technical Support staff responsible for the operational maintenance of the organisation’s ICT environment.
