- Headcount vs. Laptop assignment summary
- All IT Assets Inventory (Full Details)
- Provide any requested / needed information to Compliance Team for periodic reporting of asset inventory
- Prepare audit requirements and facilitate audit activities scheduled/required by PEZA
- Provide the necessary documentation to Compliance Team for the Farm-In and Farm-out of assets
- Track items, provide details, and prepare documentation for defective or obsolete assets that are for disposal
- Track and document deployment and return of all assets – laptops, peripherals, mobile phones, headsets, etc.
- Conduct periodical physical count of all IT assets (deployed, in stock, for disposal, etc.)
- Generate and place tags for each asset
- Ensure that asset inventory list us up to date and accurate
- Assign IT assets to TR employees / contractors based on local IT ticket requests
- Coordinate with local IT to test if assets are in good working condition prior to deployment
- Pack and organize work tools for deployment
- Prepare documentation for release / return of assets
- Ensure all documents are signed and kept accordingly
- Work with Facilities team for the pick-up or delivery of requested work tools
- Validate the asset tag numbers and serial numbers of returned assets based on the Asset Management tracker
- Check and note physical condition of returned assets
- Coordinate with local IT to check the working condition of returned assets
- Identify whether assets can be kept in inventory for redeployment or for disposal
- Assists new hires with laptop set-up concerns during New Hire Orientation in periods with guidance from remote IT support team
- Reimaging of laptops with guidance from remote IT support team
- Provides hands and feet support for site issues with guidance from remote IT support team
- Advanced English proficiency. Candidates will be tested before setting up an interview
- Over 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles, preferably in a multinational company.
- Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with ITIL-based service management frameworks and/or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with fundamental technology and network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and IT security best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Significant experience performing root cause analysis
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
- Independent worker with excellent time management and follow-through.
- Ability to be highly productive independently and in close collaboration within a team, capable of multi-tasking and thriving in a fast-paced, customer-driven, sometimes unpredictable—but engaging—environment.
