- Monitor IT environments and act as a first responder to tech-related incidents
- Work end user tickets and provide outstanding customer service
- Move and setup desks throughout the building
- Maintain tech storage rooms
- Work towards and present on IT improvement projects to your team
- Current student graduating between December 2024 – May 2026
- Maintaining a 3.0+ GPA while pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or Systems Engineering
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming Language
- Basic SQL awareness to be able to write and run basic scripts
- Experience with Terraform and DBA
- Strong ability to multitask and follow proper procedures
- Solid communication skills
About the role:
As an IT Support Intern, you will work directly with internal users to diagnose and resolve a wide variety of software and hardware issues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will gain first-hand experience assisting with new employee onboarding by setting up workstations and configuring Active Directory and Exchange Accounts all while working within TQL’s award-winning in-house IT department.
