      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to customer inquiries via email, web, and phone channels
      - Provide answers to product-related questions, including implementation and troubleshooting
      - Capture data for customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
      - Identify customer needs that require further consultation and escalate complex issues as necessary
      - Monitor and report on customer practices and testing locations, including installation status

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in IT-related fields
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support
      - Competent in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Proficient in cybersecurity practices and familiar with common firewall resolution practices
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
      - Previous experience in customer-facing support within medical facilities
      - Understanding of cloud network and server utilization practices
      - Knowledge of routers, switches, ethernet ports, and Wi-Fi bridges configuration
      - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
