- Install, configure, and maintain company hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide expert desktop support and manage user access across our systems.
- Deploy and test new devices, install peripherals, and support CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Deliver professional, prompt assistance to staff at all levels.
- Education: High School Diploma required; IT Associate’s degree or related coursework preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years in IT support or help desk roles.
- Skills: Strong with Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals; familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
- Traits: Organized, detail-oriented, critical thinker, and a customer service champion.
