What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical assistance and support for hardware and software issues
- Maintain and update the IT knowledge base for team and customer use
- Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure a secure and efficient tech environment
- Manage workload through a Service Desk ticketing platform
- Create and maintain process documentation for IT support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT Support role
- Experience supporting Apple macOS
- Basic understanding of security best practices, including access control and data protection
- Ability to create and maintain process documentation
- Experience managing workload via a Service Desk ticketing platform
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with core Atlassian applications such as Jira Service Management and Confluence
- Experience with Slack and Google Workspace administration
- Familiarity with managing users and groups in Okta
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
