      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and remote connect to employees at various locations
      - Evaluate and prioritize support tickets, ensuring effective communication with all involved parties
      - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
      - Collaborate with team members on IT projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - 1-3 years of experience in on-site and remote IT support
      - Self-starter with the ability to work independently
      - Technical support and/or help desk experience, including call center support
      - Experience supporting a Citrix environment and Thin Clients
      - Strong customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - A+ certification
      - MS Teams Conference Room Audio/Video troubleshooting experience
      - Network Printer Troubleshooting experience
      - Laptop/Desktop Imaging & deployment experience
      - Experience with Duo or Cisco AnyConnect for two-factor authentication and VPN services
      - Knowledge of Genesys phone system support
      - Familiarity with remote software and troubleshooting
