      Job Title: IT Support Specialist

      Reporting to: Director of IT

      Duties:

      • Support users (remote and on-site) with technical assistance, network connectivity, equipment diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software
      • Maintain, troubleshoot, and deploy existing and new PCs and peripherals
      • Provide service and support for all IT equipment
      • Support all employees and respond to all incidents in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner
      • Provide training on an as-needed basis to employees
      • Participate in rotating on-call coverage during non-business hours.
      • Assist in deployment of new technologies and other related tasks
      • Setup and troubleshoot mobile devices
      • Performs other duties, as assigned.
      • Document problem details, procedures, and resolutions within ticketing system

      Skills needed:

      • Strong experience with Windows laptops and desktops
      • Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
      • Microsoft Office 2013 – 2016
      • Excellent listening skills
      • Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude
      • Experience with service ticketing system a plus
      • Familiar with O365 and M365 environment and Microsoft Teams a plus

      This is a full-time position. The IT Support Specialist is expected to work Monday – Friday, Additional hours may be required to support Emergency Operations and periodic maintenance.

      The employee will perform most duties in a typical office environment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to approximately ten (10) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. No out of town travel required.
