      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide tier-one customer support via phone, chat, and email for students, faculty, and staff
      - Address and resolve inquiries while tracking incidents in an incident management tool
      - Contribute to the development of documentation and frequently asked questions (FAQs)
      - Participate in assigned projects and tasks to enhance service delivery
      - Attend virtual meetings to maintain team communication and collaboration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED or higher; relevant work experience may substitute for education
      - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on attention to detail
      - Basic problem-solving capabilities
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work proactively in a remote team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role, particularly in IT support
      - Familiarity with incident tracking tools or help desk software
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
      - Previous experience working remotely in a team setting
