What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide tier-one customer support via phone calls, chat support, and email tickets to ensure excellent service
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, tracking incidents appropriately
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation and frequently asked questions (FAQs)
- Participate in assigned projects and tasks to enhance service delivery
- Attend virtual meetings, including daily stand-ups and monthly staff meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School Diploma
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
- Basic problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous relevant work experience in a customer service role is accepted in lieu of education
