      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer support and leadership to resolve issues efficiently

      - Clearly communicate project assignments and instructions to diverse audiences
      - Lead and participate in committees and project teams as defined by department guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Advanced knowledge of customer service principles and Tier 1 IT support
      - Ability to work with minimal supervision
      - Strong operations coordination and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      - Certifications related to IT support or customer service
      - Demonstrated leadership experience in team settings
