Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.5+ years of Technical Support/Helpdesk Experience
Certified as an A+ Certified Technician (preferred)
ITIL Foundations Certification (strongly desired)
MCSE or MCSA (preferred)
Valid California Driver is License, automobile and auto insurance for traveling to remote facilities.

Job Overview
Under the direction of the IT Client Services Manager, provides guidance to lead technicians, delegates resources to complete projects, and responsible for the evaluation and development of IT Support Technicians. Performs a variety of technical resource services -- analyzes, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains the computer systems, network(s) and peripheral equipment in addition to providing oversight of technical end user support. Responsible for managing phone system call queues, ticket queues and management of overdue or escalated tickets. Produces and analyzes productivity reports based on ticketing information and call manager reports for the IT Manager. Reports directly to the IT Client Services Manager.
