- Troubleshoot and repair Windows 10 & 11 and MacOS devices
- Work with and assist users with Windows 365 cloud PCs (virtual desktop environments)
- Hands-on experience with hardware installations, removals, and replacements across a range of devices including: desktops, laptops, tablets, Macs, iPads, mobile devices, printers, monitors, conferencing equipment, thin clients, Ethernet and Wireless networks.
