- Design, test, implement, and maintain advanced scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) and applications that automate administrative and operational tasks in the IT infrastructure.
- Analyze high-potential automation areas and lead projects that improves team's velocity, including optimization of existing tools.
- Develop, integrate, and manage tools for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), proactive monitoring, and support CI/CD practices across systems.
- Collaborate with the SysOps team and share knowledge on automation strategies and tools.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented automation tools and processes.
- Work closely with the ITSECOPS department and other internal teams to gather requirements and successfully implement automation solutions.
- Continuously improve processes and tools by exploring new technologies and implementing innovative, industry best practices in IT automation.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT process automation, programming, or advanced systems administration.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Proven experience designing, building, and deploying automation tools in production environments.
- Good understanding of software engineering principles, version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce), and practical experience with CI/CD tools and concepts.
- Experience managing operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
- Highly developed analytical thinking and the ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an openness to diverse working styles and perspectives.
- Initiative, a proactive approach, results orientation, and high standards for work quality.
- Working proficiency in both Polish and English.
- In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland.
- Remote work from within Poland is possible for selected candidates.
- Relocation to Poland is required for those residing abroad.

Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
Drive the development of IT infrastructure by designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions for operating systems and hybrid cloud environments. This role is responsible for creating tools and automations that resolve root causes and enhance the daily work of the SysOps team. The overall goal is to increase operational efficiency, enable focus on strategic projects, and introduce modern, self-service IT solutions across the organization.
