We are looking for an IT System Administrator to Emerging Technologies (ET) to our site in Måløv, Denmark to become part of a game changing tablet production for diabetes treatment, apply now!

      The position
      In ET we work together with one common goal, to deliver our products to the patients that needs it, so that we can do a life-changing difference. In this position you will contribute to this by making sure, that our production systems support the tablet production in the best possible way.

      One of your main responsibilities will be supporting our IT System Managers by ensuring that our production systems are in compliance through performing reviews, such as configuration reviews, IT Periodic System evaluation (PSEs), and similar.

      In this role you will also:

      • Trouble shoot the system in case of issues
      • Take back-ups
      • Administrate users
      • Patch the IT Systems and ensure that Disaster Recovery process is up to date


      Qualifications
      The ideal candidate has:
      • A good understanding and experience from the pharma industry and Good Manufacturing Production (GMP)
      • Few years of experience with IT; the experience can come from fulltime, student jobs, and/or internships
      • Full English and Danish proficiency

      It is an advantage that you have an interest and experience with IT Systems in production or worked as e.g. IT Supporter in your previous role and have understanding of IT System Management (ITSM) processes and systems.

      Furthermore you are service-minded and structured while having a tight timeline and thrive in a dynamic environment where the priorities often change where you don’t compromise on the quality of your work and the documentation within your scope. You are a team player that enjoys a lot of social interaction where we all have in common to support and help each other, have a good time and the passion to make a big difference.

      About the department
      Oral Finished Products (OFP) Production & Business Support is a newly established area within OFP Denmark, that consists of approximately 120 people, divided in three departments – Technical Support, Warehouse Support and Business Support. IT Operations team is part of Business Support team and is currently being established, so jump on board, if this journey sounds motivating. Our mindset is, that we strive to have a one step ahead approach to our support setup, while we maintain a psychological safe environment for all.
