- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software and hardware
- Own projects, solutions and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems that support our business partners
- Nurture a dependable IT infrastructure that always needs to be up and running
- Partner with internal and external business partners and stakeholders to communicate project status, activities and achievements
- Perform server administrations tasks, including user / group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, resource monitoring and ensure system architecture components work together seamlessly
- Create / maintain process documentation for internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop, desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, security updates, LAN / WAN configuration
- Interact with the technology teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause and provide technical support where needed
- 8 u2013 10 yearsu2019 work experience as a Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer
- Work experience with Systems Design & Architecture | Systems Maintenance & Support
- Data Center experience with large infrastructure environment
- Work experience with network switch / firewall administration
- Work experience with different hyper-visors
- Work experience with on premise MS Exchange and / or O365 Administration
- Working knowledge of at least one scripting language (PowerShell, ie.)
- Solid working understanding of LAN/WAN networks
- Extensive work experience in Active Directory
- Advanced troubleshooting experience with system applications (Windows Platform)
- Work experience with system performance-monitoring tools
- Administrative working knowledge with network policies and procedures
- Satisfactory drug screen and background check.
- 5 u2013 7 yearsu2019 work experience as a Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer in the healthcare industry
- Working knowledge as an IT Project Lead or IT Project Manager
- Moderate to Advanced HIPAA knowledge
- Working knowledge of MDM administration
- Work experience supporting EMR applications
- Extensive working knowledge in security compliance with state and federal regulations
- Work experience with Vendor Relationship Management
