- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, cybersecurity, physical security, security management or a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in system administration and IT security with a focus on supporting and maintaining enterprise-level access control and surveillance systems.
- Familiarity with Honeywell WinPak, UniFi Access, Avigilon, or similar platforms.
- Experience with alert or duress systems (panic buttons, emergency notification systems).
- Solid understanding of IP networking, including VLANs, PoE, and subnets.
- Experience with Windows-based system administration and Active Directory integration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, projects, and procurement for security technology.

We're seeking a Systems Administrator, Physical Security who will be responsible for the support, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s physical security technologies. This includes electronic access control systems, surveillance cameras, network video recorders, emergency alert systems (such as panic buttons), and associated integrations. The role serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations and long-term strategic projects involving physical security infrastructure, working in close collaboration with Facilities, Safety, third-party vendors and other stakeholders. The administrator will also lead training initiatives to ensure proper usage of the systems and understanding by staff.
This position is in-person with hybrid possibility.
