      At a Glance

      This is a management-level position responsible for overseeing the operations of the organization’s infrastructure security solutions. This position is accountable for the development and maintenance of the network infrastructure and information security. As a secondary role, design, support, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure to ensure critical operations are available across the organization.

      This is a remote role, but it is strongly preferred that you are located in the general Tampa, FL area or the CST or EST time zones.

      Minimum Pay

      USD $90,000.00/Yr.

      Maximum Pay

      USD $120,000.00/Yr.

      What You'll Do

      • Administer and support all Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
      • Implement, monitor, and maintain Microsoft 365 security and compliance features including DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, Defender for 365, and Security Center policies.
      • Serve as a key contributor to endpoint security (Windows, mobile, and BYOD), patch management, vulnerability mitigation, and device compliance.
      • Provide level 2/3 support across hardware, operating systems, collaboration tools, networking, and SaaS platforms.
      • Respond to and investigate security alerts from SIEM tools and provide remediation and documentation.
      • Maintain Active Directory, file servers, and VPN infrastructure.
      • Coordinate IT asset lifecycle including hardware procurement, deployment, inventory, and refresh.
      • Assist in the development and implementation of IT security policies and incident response plans.
      • Collaborate with business stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure service availability, performance, and compliance.
      • Participate in IT audits, risk assessments, and compliance efforts related to SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, or other frameworks.
      • Maintain documentation for systems configurations, processes, and support runbooks.

      What You'll Bring

      Experience and Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
      • 4+ years in a generalist IT role with progressive responsibility across systems, security, and Microsoft 365
      • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), SC-300 (Identity & Access Administrator), or AZ-104 (Azure Administrator) are strongly preferred
      • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or SSPA is a plus
      • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 admin center, compliance portal, Intune, and Azure/Entra ID
      • Working knowledge of networking, virtualization, firewalls, and endpoint security platforms
      • Experience managing tickets across all levels, with excellent troubleshooting skills

      Skills and Attributes:

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content for non-technical users
      • Highly organized and self-driven with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
      • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment

      The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
