      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Leading the configuration of Change Management environments (Prod and Dev) and ensure application is available for change submissions
      - Monitoring, auditing, and reviewing business use of and adherence to the company's Change Management Policies
      - Designing and managing Change Management workflows to facilitate code deployments
      - Coordinating communication efforts with stakeholders to ensure awareness and understanding of upcoming changes
      - Administering the Azure DevOps 2019 Server environment and ensuring team projects access

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Proven hand-on experience conducting application and infrastructural change reviews
      - Ability to design and implement appropriate change management processes
      - Proficiency in creating and configuring CI/CD code deployment pipelines
      - Experience setting up and maintaining both Windows and Linux build agents
      - Skilled in application change migrations from development to test and production environments
      - Demonstrate proficiency in Azure DevOps 2019 Server on-premises or higher
      - Programming/Scripting experience in Python, Java, SQL querying, HTML, Linux Shell, PowerShell
      - Basic knowledge of the command language for supporting the VMS OS
      - Experience with Git version control system
      - Worked with Release Management utilities such as Kubernetes, Docker, Maven
      - Skilled and proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
      - Ability to operate with a customer-centric service approach
      - Ability to establish performance-based relationships with 3rd party vendors and technology providers
      - Ability to effectively define a business case and measure achievement over time
      - Strong collaboration and team-building skills
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Professional level verbal and written communication skills
      - Demonstrated attention to detail and quality of work products and communications
      - Willingness to seek out and implement coaching, suggestions, and guidance from others

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field
      - 4 years of demonstrated hands-on experience in Information Technology, coordinating Change Management and code deployment
      - Preferred programming experience in Python, SQL, Java, and Linux Shell scripting
      - Experience with DevOps utilities such as Maven, Docker & Container, Kubernetes
