      IT Technical Support Intern

      What You’ll Do

      • Act as level one help desk support for approximately 3000 users.
      • Provide phone and email support.
      • Process 40-50 Help Desk request tickets per day.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Work Schedule

      20 hours per week

      90 Day Term
