      The IT User Administrator support acts as Level 1 support responsible for resolving, coordinating, and managing issues related to User Access Management for Coreworx. Drives and tracks problem and request tickets until closure. Documents resolution and/or actions taken and keeps user updated of the ticket progress. Keeps themselves up to date with all pertinent changes and adapt to continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinates with other support groups to ensure timely and efficient delivery and execution of IT support services to end-users at satisfactory level. Contributes to CI initiatives through providing feedback to Operations Support. Additional ad hoc tasks may also be included on the job responsibilities depending on the business need.

      Roles and Responsibilities

      • Provides application user administrative support including user access rights management, account, and password management.
      • Coordinates with Authorized Requestors for any clarifications or corrections needed.
      • Provides account administration, troubleshooting support from Authorized Requestors or escalated requests from Coreworx User Administration Lead.
      • Assists in creating and maintaining procedural documents in addition to other user administration specific documentation, as needed.

      Basic Job Requirements

      Education and Experience

      • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent experience preferred.
      • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in user or systems administration is preferred, but inexperienced, with technical background, highly motivated and skilled applicants are welcome to apply.
      • Open to getting fresh grads or junior analysts with experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Help Desk type of work.
      • Proven knowledge with MS applications (Excel, Word, Sharepoint).
      • Fundamental knowledge in Active Directory/LDAP services.
      • Must have proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Must have proven skills to communicate with customers, peers, cross-relational departments, and resources.
      • Must be self-motivated with good initiative, ability to meet deadlines under pressure with time constraints.
      • Proven experience with working cohesively with others in a team environment, skilled in collaboration and coordination with others.
      • Proven experience in customer service is a plus.

      • 24/5 Support coverage with Holidays and Shifting schedule
      • 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM; Sat-Sun off, with Friday off
      • Hybrid Office and Remote Workplace Setup during probationary Period
      • Option for Full Teleworking Arrangement upon regularization (subject to government regulations)
