  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage vendor relationships and coordinate communications, meetings, and reporting for IT vendor management
  - Assist in contract management by tracking key dates and terms while ensuring stakeholders are informed
  - Help track software asset lifecycles and identify cost savings and compliance requirements
  - Monitor vendor performance and assist in performance evaluations and corrective actions
  - Support continuous improvement initiatives through metrics and problem-solving discussions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, vendor management, Finance, Accounting, or related field, with a minimum of two years of IT service experience; or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  - Strong financial analysis skills and an interest in IT
  - Knowledge of IT products and services, procurement laws, and customer service principles
  - Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
  - Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in contract negotiations and managing complex procurement actions
  - Familiarity with IT software asset management and vendor performance monitoring
  - Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and develop performance standards
