What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in planning, design, development, training, implementation, communication, maintenance/support, and evaluation of existing or new functionality related to assigned applications
- Contribute to the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of assigned software applications
- Ensure adequate testing, quality assurance, and documentation of changes
- Transfer knowledge and train IT employees and end-users in the operation of information systems
- Monitor system performance and quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree with clinical licensure recommended
- Capable of quickly absorbing knowledge of assigned clinical software applications and healthcare operations
- Healthcare experience desirable but not required
- Analysts supporting Epic must obtain Epic Certification in their primary application within three months
- Support 24/7 on-call on a rotational basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- IT background with effective oral and written communication skills
- 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Task management and problem-solving skills expected
- Project management and leadership experience desired
