What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the planning, design, development, and implementation of software applications
- Transfer knowledge and train IT employees and end-users on information systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in pharmacology
- 3-5 years of acute care or retail experience
- Clinical Pharmacy license
- Mandatory Epic Certification in the primary application within three months of completing the first Epic class
- Progressive knowledge of assigned clinical software applications and healthcare operations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PhD in pharmacology
- 5-7 years of acute care or retail experience, with 3 years in information technology
- IT background with strong project management and leadership skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills, along with task management abilities
- Epic Compass Rose Specialty Pharmacy and Epic Willow Inventory Certification
