      Job Description & Summary

      A career in PwC IT Services Company (ITSCo) will provide you with the opportunity to support the delivery of our core Information Technology and Security Services that protects and enables PwC member firms to service our clients at the highest level.

      The Service Delivery leader will be responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the PwC member firm with a focus on executing the delivery of critical infrastructure and security services to PwC firms across the globe. As the leader you will be responsible for collaborating with PwC senior management, leading the ITSCo Acceptance team, overseeing third party relationships, developing and managing budgets. The role works closely with the global office of general counsel (GOGC), ITSCo Data Protection Office and Business Operations.

      Service Acceptance manages the due diligence reviews of global services and applications that will be transitioned to ITSCo for operation or application services support. The intention is to ensure that these applications and services are aligned with ITSCo requirements for Security, Operations, Compliance, and Data Protection/Privacy.

      The ITSCo Service Delivery leader manages feedback and observations collected from across PwC’s network to improve standardized methodologies and documentation to support continuous improvement to Service Delivery. This role reports to the ITSCo Executive leader and manages direct reports.

      Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

      Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

      • Lead the ITSCo Acceptance team that is responsible for the onboarding and due diligence of global application and services;

      • Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports and oversee recruitment efforts; creating and executing development plans for direct reports;

      • Influence and negotiating skills, especially at the C SUITE level;

      • Develop and sustain effective business relationships at all levels of the firm;

      • Leverage territory feedback from Member Firm Relationship Management team to identify improvement opportunities across global services and applications;

      • Drive process and quality improvements through innovation and automation continuously;

      • Manage and resolve escalated service quality issues from each territory in the region;

      • Participate in a variety of board and committees representing PwC IT Services;

      • Promote technology services and capabilities to global stakeholders;

      • Work with the TSO organization to develop the value propositions for our global application and services and on the maturation of our global applications and services to develop meaningful and impactful metrics for our customers to consume;

      • Identity areas of improvement areas and developed/update processes that are fit for purpose to drive team effectiveness;

      • Provide service oversight, playing a leading role in strategy and planning and helping to execute on the ITSCo’s strategic priorities,while driving continuous improvement activities across the organization;

      • Lead, manage and set the strategy and vision for the service delivery function;

      • Supporting PwC Technology and NIS leadership with organizational alignment to strategic direction, North Star;

      • Custodian of the Services Summaries documents which provides territory leaders with prescriptive information related to ITSCo’s services with the intent promote transparency and build trust;

      • Maintained the ITSCo Service Delivery Sharepoint site, which is used to decimate pertinent information to territory stakeholders about ITSCo Services and Service Delivery processes.

      Job Requirements and Preferences:

      Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree

      Minimum Years of Experience: 8 year(s) of relevant experience in progressive roles leading IT operations quality control, process improvement, and compliance.
