Duties & Responsibilities:

The ITSM A ppli cation Administration /Configuratio n Analyst will be responsible for the follow:

• Provide enterprise level technical and functional support for the Ivanti Neurons for IT Service Manag ement (ITSM) and Ivanti End point Management solution s .
• Collaborate with customers and team to elicit and document functional requirements.
• Contribute to t he enhancement, customization, and configuration of the Ivanti product based on the customersu2019 requirements.
• Adhere to the teamu2019s SDLC process (de sign, development, testing, debugging, and deployment).
• Collabora te with the team using an Agile framework.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Ivanti products.
• Provide system administration by monitoring system pe rformance, server stability and performing system configuration, main tenance and repair as needed.
• E nsure optimal application front-end performance, develop queries and reports.
• Ensure customer and team communication is ti mely, maintained, and appropriate.
• Contribute to high-visibility or mi ssion critical aspects of a given program and perform all functional duties independently.
• May oversee the efforts of less senior team member s and/or be resp onsible for the efforts of all team members assigned to a specific job.

Requ ired Qualifications:

• Ability to o btain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance .
• Security+ C ertification ( ability to obtain within 30 days of hire if the candidate does not alread y possess ).
• OS C ertifications ( ability to obtain within 30 days of hire if the candidate does not alread y possess ).
• Over te n (10) years of experience performin g work related to skills listed below : u00A0
  • Experien ce supporting IT Service Management tools such as Ivanti Service Manager/Service De sk, Cherw ell, BMC Remedy/Helix, S erviceNow, or Axios .
  • Understanding o f d atabase and s erver t echnologies , internet and netw ork technologies .
  • Experience with Business Object c omponents including lists, forms and layouts .
  • Experience with c onfiguring Pick Lists Managing Counters Expressions .
  • Exp erience with Business Object s and Relationships .
  • Experience m anaging s ystem s ettings and a pplication l ogs.
  • Experience with i mporting and e xporting data , s earching, and r eporting , establishing w orkflows.
  • Experience with d ashboards .
  • Expe rience with Windows Serve r and Desktop administration .
  • Experience in IT with an empha sis on customer support .
  • Confident user of Microsoft Window s and common applications (Word, Excel etc.) .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Ivanti and On Preism
• Kn owledge of ITSM, CMDB and ITIL business processes
• Ex perience trou bleshooting Microsoft I nternet Information Services (IIS) and associated protocols.
• Knowledgeable with Scru m
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and User Pro files
• Experience with SQ L Database .
• SQL and IIS experience .
• Experience with troubleshooti ng Ne tworking issues .
• Strong troubleshooting/root cause i solation skills .
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, an d VMWare .
• Experience providing Sa aS support is desirable .
• Exposure to Microsoft Windows internals (registry, drivers, config, group policies etc) .
• Knowledge o f Mic rosoft Windows server and client OS administration .
• Mi crosoft Certified Professional (MCP, MCSA, MCSE or MCDBA) .

E ducation Requirements:

Bach elor's Degree in Information Techn ology with ten (10) years of relevant work experience
