Floors, aisles, and seats
Picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
Restocking items for the restroom including paper products, and cleaning toilets
Scrubbing and polishing marble floors
Doors, Windows and Elevators
Trash Collection and Recycling
Metal Polishing
Deep Carpet Cleaning and Waxing floor
Disinfecting the building
Operating Cleaning machines
Ability to understand & follow directions
Adhering to all protocols and use of safety equipment with use of personal protective equipment
Chemical knowledge with storage and disposal
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Works well with others; establishing and maintaining effective relationships with team members
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Flexible and adaptable to different task as assigned
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Efficiently maneuvering through the buildings
Support Operations departments as needed
Report equipment damages and safety issue to the manager on duty
Attend safety and training classes required by the Organization (Paid by Company)

JanitorPay Details:
The starting hourly rate for this position is $22.00 per hour.Janitors are responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and sanitary environment throughout multiple buildings for our guests and employees. Your role will require you to be in collaboration with fellow team members, Leads/Supervisors and Managers. This is a part-time position, that is physically demanding, and requires adhering to specific time-sensitive deadlines. Shifts will fluctuate based on the building schedule, but are frequently overnight (3rd Shift Graveyard). This position requires you to work with cleaning chemicals, supplies, machinery, and possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
