  The Challenge (Job Summary)

  As a janitor in the physician office, you are responsible for the general cleaning of the office, and keeping it maintained and in good condition.

  Your Day to Day & Essential Functions:

  • You’ll clean and sanitize restrooms
  • You’ll take out trash and recycling
  • You’ll vacuum and mop floors appropriately
  • You’ll wash and clean windows as applicable
  • You’ll sanitize the office as necessary
  • You’ll dust front office and patient rooms to ensure clean and positive experience for patients
  • You’ll have a positive attitude around patients
  • You’ll perform other duties as assigned

  What You Need to Succeed (Competencies, Education):

  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
  • Ability to change task on the fly if needed
  • Ability to organize, prioritizes tasks, and multitasks effectively.
  • Ability to read, understand and follow oral written instructions.
  • Ability to sort and file materials correctly by alphabetic or numeric systems.
  • High school graduation or GED.
  • Minimum two years janitorial experience
