      Summary

      The janitor position performs custodial work. The Janitor helps ensure customer satisfaction, ensures target goals/deadlines are met and ensures they are following company policies and procedures.

      Schedule and Location:

      • Shifts between 5:00PM-1:30AM (Night Shift)
      • FT opportunities available.
      • Grand Prairie, TX

      Janitor Responsibilities/Duties:

      • Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
      • Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as needed
      • Performs buffing, stripping, and waxing duties, as needed
      • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
      • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects, as needed
      • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
      • Stock and maintain supply rooms
      • Uses personal protective equipment correctly
      • Adheres to company policies and procedures
      • Adheres to location appearance guidelines
      • Acts with a sense of urgency
      • Shows initiative regarding job functions and accepts new responsibilities
      • Timely completion of all assigned tasks
      • Reporting and program deadlines are met
      • Makes timely and sound decisions
      • Produces quality work within pre-set time frames
      • Other duties as assigned

      Janitor Qualifications:

      • Some experience or knowledge of cleaning processes and equipment, desired
      • Ability to work effectively with a team
      • Excellent customer service skills
      • Dependable, reliable, and punctual
      • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
      • Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify
      • English/Spanish Bilingual preferred
