- Assign tasks to custodial staff and supervise their work.
- Inspect the work of custodial staff to ensure it meets proper standards.
- Assist in cleaning if needed, which can include factory floors and restrooms.
- Order supplies and equipment, and manage the inventory.
- Establish and maintain standards for work performance.
- Stay within contract parameters for labor, equipment, supplies, and other costs.
- Lead a team of 25 or less with help from the main supervisor.
- 1 to 2 years of janitorial lead or supervisor experience.
- Experience with cleaning, housekeeping, custodial tasks, mopping, janitorial duties, sweeping, and sanitizing.
- Inventory management and general labor skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Recent janitorial lead or supervisor experience within the last 1 to 2 years.

Work Environment
The shift will be Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, from 2pm to 10:30pm. The position will be onsite, leading a team of 25 or fewer janitors. The role involves assisting at the specified location while someone is on leave of absence for the rest of the year.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr.
