- Effectively executes the completion of the Leadec scope of work (SOW)
- Effectively communicates necessary information and status updates to manager
- Incorporates "PDCA" (Plan, Do, Check, Act) mindset into regular routine
- Focuses on resource utilization, best practice guidelines, and continuous improvement
- Evaluate team members and recommend/deliver training to improve performance
- Effectively communicates necessary information to management
- Timely completion of all required Leadec and customer reports
- Actively attends all required meetings
- All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager

- Progressive responsibilities in supervision
- Computer literate
- The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). The employee is frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surface from 8-12 hours. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.

Position Purpose: Provide leadership, support and knowledge to team members to proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Transfer technical operational knowledge through coaching and mentoring.
