      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications, ensuring high-quality coding standards
      - Implement and manage Spring frameworks, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
      - Create and test RESTful services, utilizing tools such as Postman for testing
      - Fix security vulnerabilities and maintain open-source components to ensure compliance
      - Collaborate with teams using Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence for project management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7+ years of Java/J2EE development experience
      - Strong knowledge of Spring frameworks, including Spring Boot and Spring Security
      - Proficiency in Oracle PL-SQL and unit testing frameworks like Junit
      - Experience with build and dependency management tools such as Maven and Nexus
      - Familiarity with Linux environments and code repository management using GitLab

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with JIRA integration and logging/auditing using Splunk
      - Previous experience in the Finance/Banking industry
      - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
