Job Description
- Req#: 7358
- Understand CSC Line of business and opportunity to know more about CSC culture.
- Gain experience in java unit tests, application builds, automated test suites and workflows, Agile development process
- Understand the landscape and architecture of CSC’s Customer Platform.
- Currently attending college, university, or a similar training program
- Graduating or ready for full-time employment within 12 months of August 2023
- Course work and/or experience in Object Oriented principles and techniques, Design Patterns, etc.
- Course work and/or experience in Java programming language
- Basic understanding of code quality and unit testing - Mocking frameworks (Mockito/PowerMockito), continuous integration through Jenkins and TDD is a plus.
- Basic knowledge with build tools like Maven & Gradle
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude and desire to learn
- Ability to learn in a fast paced, agile environment

Java Developer Intern for Data Masters Team
Wilmington, DE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Internship program dates: June 3 – August 9
We’re seeking a bright, highly motivated student to join CSC as a Java Developer Intern in our Wilmington, DE office. This program gives current college students the opportunity to grow their technical skills and work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Our Data Masters Java Developer Intern will develop java unit tests for existing applications, including changes to ensure application builds fail if unit test fails. And also, the intern will enrich further unit testing suites to expand code coverage and workflow processes.
