What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and implement modern enterprise-grade applications
- Work across the full software development life cycle (SDLC) — requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to development quality and standards
- Collaborate within Agile teams to define and deliver technical solutions
- Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years in Java-based development and architecture
- At least 6 years of experience with Spring Boot and deep architectural expertise
- A minimum of 4 years working with Angular
- At least 3 years of experience with Kafka or equivalent messaging systems
- Proven experience in adopting new technologies and guiding best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes for containerization
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
