- The successful candidate will lead a team of developers and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications.
- MUST HAVE- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Angular, and SQL Server
- .- Implement microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
- - Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.-
- Develop front-end components using Angular to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces.- Ensure code quality through regular code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.-
- Guide and mentor, a team of developers, providing technical direction and support.- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications through soundarchitectural decisions.-
- Maintain documentation of code, processes, and procedures.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve the tech stack and development processes.Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery.- Experience with modern front-end build tools and development workflows.- Understanding of security best practices in both frontend and backend development.- Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs.- Fluency in Spanish and ability collaborate with our nearshore development team inMexico.
