What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand core business processes and requirements to inform software development
- Write and integrate code that adheres to security and performance standards
- Conduct independent analysis to resolve strategic issues and deliver business objectives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver requirements
- Support production issues with root-cause analysis and diagnosis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically 3-4 years of work experience in web technologies, IT, or a business environment
- B.S./B.A. in computer science, engineering, information systems, math, or business
- Experience with Java and the JUnit Testing Framework
- Proficient knowledge of software development practices and programming languages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Familiarity with the functional aspects of operating systems and development environments
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
