We are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator to join our team, focusing on advanced configuration and management to enhance our project management capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Complex Workflow Configuration: Design, implement, and maintain complex workflows tailored to the needs of various teams.Script Management: Utilize scripting with behaviours to automate processes and improve user experience within Jira.Plugin Management: Evaluate, install, and manage Jira plugins, ensuring they align with business needs and enhance functionality.Scheme Configurations: Configure and maintain issue type schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes, and other related settings to optimize project workflows.Node Handling: Manage and optimize node configurations for performance and reliability within Jira instances.Architectural Oversight: Understand and maintain the overall architecture of Jira, ensuring best practices in system design and integrations.User Support and Training: Provide advanced support to users, conducting training sessions on complex features and workflows.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to maintain high availability and reliability.Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and development teams to ensure compliance and seamless integration with other tools.About the company
