      Ryde Hospital, Northern Sydney Local Health District

      Ryde Hospital is having an incredible $479 million complete hospital redevelopment that will transform the delivery of healthcare for the Ryde local community.

      The Ryde Hospital Redevelopment will result in new health facilities and enhanced services including emergency, ICU/critical care, inpatient units, outpatient/ambulatory care services and much more.

      Construction commenced in early 2023, and will provide you with a wonderful and exciting opportunity to be part of the Ryde team to change the future health services for the Ryde Community completely.


      What you'll be doing
      The purpose of the position is to assist the JMO Manager in the ongoing development, implementation and coordination of the functions required to manage recruitment, rostering, payroll, immigration, medical registration, education and accreditation for the junior medical workforce. The position also assists in all aspects of the management of medical students, technical assistants and assistants in medicine.

      Candidates will need to meet the following criteria :

      1. Previous experience working in a JMO Unit or equivalent.
      2. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team in a busy environment to meet agreed performance measures.
      3. High level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
      4. High level of attention to detail and accuracy with work.
      5. Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads and organise resources to meet multiple demands and deadlines.
